中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討大學生在體育課程劍道選修課程運動對身體的運動量,以六名男 性大學生(非運動員)為受試者, 平均年齡 19 ± 1.6 歲,身高 166.8 ± 3.5 公分體重 58.7 ± 4.0 公斤。以消耗量計算器( KENZ CALORIE COUNTER )及萬步計( YAMASA DIGI WALKER MINI )測試運動量所得結果, 平均得 102.01 ± 11.33Kcal/kg/min 及平均 2358.674 ± 393.36 步,以電腦統計程式做其相關一回歸分析, 藉以討論課程內容及運動 效果得知以下結論: 1. 本研究的劍道課程實施,實際約一小時左右,其活動量約 100kcal, 可視為短時間的活 動而獲十足的運動量,代表劍道運動對身體生理刺激持有正面意義。 2. 步數與消耗熱量之間無顯著之相關水準產生, 因此劍道課程以步數視為其內容中的運動 量,實有欠妥之處。 3. 有關步數的妥當性有再檢討之必要, 並配合心跳率同時實施,藉以探討其關係以作為提 供運動量之理想依據。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate college students' exercise Volume in KENDO course. The six male college students' (non-athletes) age, height and weight Were 19.0 ± 1.6 years, 166.8 ± 3.5cm and 58.7 ± 4.0kgs. Using calorie counter & walker mini to test above subjects, we have the following results: Averaged 102.01 ± 11.33kcal/kg/min and Averaged 2358.674 ± 393.36 steps. After regression analysis we found the result as below: 1.The KENDO course in this study was about one hour and exercise volume was about 100 kcal. This means we can have enough exercise volume in KENDO course at a short period of time. In other words. KENDO course can have positive physiology effect in human body. 2.In KENDO course, there was no obvious relation between steps and calorie consumption, so it is not proper to measure exercise volume only by walker mini. 3.To get a more objective testing result we should use not only walker mini but also a HR (HERT RATE) and testing repeatly. |
