中文摘要 | 足型依足弓高度大致可分為高足弓、一般足弓及低足弓三種型態,而此三種足型的人在步行時,其足底壓力的分佈狀態具有顯著性的差異。而鞋墊之應用可以降低過高的足底壓力,進而減少足部病變的發生。因此,本研究使用EMED-SF 及 Micro-EMED 兩種壓力量測儀器來擷取足底壓力的資料,並以22位不同足型的人為受測者,利用三種硬度(35、40、45)的EVE鞋墊材質搭配四種足弓支撐高度(0mm、15mm、19.5mm、30mm),設計出12種不同組合的鞋墊,進行步行時足底峰壓的分析比較,以獲得足型、鞋墊硬度及鞋墊足弓支撐高度三者間的關係。結果顯示,相同鞋墊足弓支撐高度對於不同足型步行時,足底壓力之影響是不同的。低足弓者適合足弓支撐高度較高(30mm)的鞋墊,一般足弓者適合中等高度(15MM,19.5MM)的足弓支撐,但高足弓者,足弓支撐高度的變化對高足弓族群足底壓力的影響並不顯著。在硬度方面的結果,則呈現出硬度35的鞋墊較硬度45的鞋墊更能降底足底壓力,且硬度對三種足型步行時足底壓力的影響是類似的。 |
英文摘要 | The human foot may be catagoried into high-arch root, normal-arch foot and low-arch foot according to the arch height. These three foot patterns have significant differences in plantar pressure distribution during walking. Because a high plantar pressure may induce diseases of foot and an insert may reduce the pressure. Therefore, this study aims to find out the relationship among foot patterns, the hardness of the insert material, and the height of arch support by changing the hardness of the EVA insert material and the height of arch support to analyse the plantar pressure on the three groups of foot patterns when the subjects are walking. In this study, the EMFD-SF system and the Micro-EMED system were used to measure the plantar pressure. The design of experiment consisted of twenty-two subjects (six for high-arch foot, eight for normal-arch foot and eight for low-arch foot), using three different hardness of EVA insert materials (35, 40, 45) with four different levels of height of arch support (0mm, 15mm, 19.5mm, 30mm) to design twelve different inserts for experiment action and the peak plantar pressure during walking were measured. The results have shown that the effects on plantar pressure were different for the height of arch support in different foot patterns during walking. People with the low-arch foot need an insert which has a medium arch support (15mm, 19.5mm). But the result of people the experiment showed that the change in the height of the arch support exerted no significant influence on the high-arch group. The results in regard to hardness showed that the insert with hardness 35 could reduce the plantar pressure more than the insert with hardness 45. The effect on plantar pressure for the hardness of the insert in different foot patterns was the same. The results showed that the need of insert design was different for the three foot patterns and different inserts should be designed to meet the meet of the three foot patterns. |
