中文摘要 | 一月中旬將12個甘蔗栽培品種堆置田間自然氣候下置放4天,以2,4 Dinitrophenol分光光度法測定蔗汁還原糖量(reducing sugar),結果顯示甘蔗置放4天後,以ROC20及ROC23品種劣變較慢,ROC15及ROC10品種劣變較快。ROC15及ROC10在置放2天時,蔗汁還原糖量已明顯較其他品種為高,ROC20及ROC23置放4天後劣變明顯較其他品種為低。一般而言,供試品種置放4天後均已呈現明顯劣變。溫度升高會促進甘蔗劣變,30℃時劣變蔗之還原糖在第2天(48小時後)開始大量增加,第3、4天呈現減緩。20℃時劣變蔗之還原糖在1至4天呈緩慢增加,比較恆溫30℃及20℃劣變蔗還原糖增加量,前者為後者之1.2-1.8倍。 |
英文摘要 | The postharvest deterioration rates of 12 sugarcane cultivars were determined by the reducing sugar content in the juice measured by the 2,4 Dinitrophenol absorptionmetry method. The plants were harvested in mind-January and piled up in the field for 4 days. The results showed that ROC20 and ROC23 were slower and ROC15 and ROC10 faster than other varieties in postharvest deterioration. ROC10 and ROC15 had higher reducing sugar content than the other 10 varieties 2 days after harvest, whereas ROC20 and ROC23 had low reducing sugar content 4 days after harvest. Generally, the sugarcane varieties tested significantly deteriorated 4 days after harvest. Higher temperature hastens cane deterioration. At the temperature of 30℃, it was found that chopped cane increased sharply in reducing sugar the 2th day after harvest, and steadily increased on the 3th and 4th day, while it increased slowly in reducing sugar on the 1st to the 4th days after harvest at 20 ℃. The amount of reducing sugar at 30℃ is about 1.2 to 1.8 times as large as that at 20 ℃. |
