中文摘要 | 九孔(Haliotis diversicolor)為臺灣重要養殖貝類,為了解九孔有否受重金屬污染,乃就臺灣南北部地區市售九孔及三家養殖場之九孔及其飼料龍鬚菜(Gracilaria uerucosa)之重金屬含量做全年之檢測。結果得知,不論市售或三家養殖場所採集之九孔,其內臟中重金屬含量皆較肌肉者為高,且兩者均以鋅和銅之含量較高,其次為砷和鎘,而鉛和汞幾乎在檢測限值(<0.1 ppm)以下,不論在九孔肌肉和內臟之銅含量,均以南部者較高,其值約為北部者之2-3倍,其次鋅在九孔內臟中之含量,南部者亦較北部者為高,但九孔肌肉中之鋅含量則無地域性之差異。而南部地區二家不同養殖場所採集之九孔,其重金屬含量並無顯著差異。其軟,南北部三家九孔養殖場之飼料龍鬚菜之重金屬含量,經檢測得知其重金屬含量並無地域性之差異,且均以鋅和銅之含量較高,其次為砷、鉛和鎘,而汞則幾乎在檢測限值以下,此與九孔體內之重金屬多寡順厲後相近。但整體而言,市販和養殖場九孔重金屬之含量,顯示尚未受重金屬之污染。 |
英文摘要 | To establish the hygienic quality of the small abalone (Haliotis diversicolor), regional and seasonal variations of heavy metals (Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd, As, Hg) is small abalone collected from markets and aquaculture ponds were studied. Moreover, red aglae (Gracilaria uerrucosa), which is the food of small abalone, was collected from aquaculture ponds and then studied. The results indicated that the level of each heavy metal was higher in viscerat than that in the muscle of small abalone in spite of seasonal and regional variations. The level of Zn was the highest, following by Cu, As and Cd. But Pb and Hg were nearly not detectable (<0.1ppm). The levels of Cu in the muscle and viscera of small abalone collected in southern Taiwan were higher (about 2-3 folds) than those collected in northern Taiwan. The level of Zn in the viscera of small abalone also was higher in the southern specimens than that in the northern ones, but the muscle of the small abalone did not. It was also found that the level of Zn in the red algae was the highest, followed by Cu, As, Pb and Cd, However, the small abalone was not polluted by heavy metals although the level of Cu in the southern specimens was higher than that in the northern ones. |
