中文摘要 | 在我國經濟發展的歷程中,技職教育一直扮演著相當重要的角色;技術學院是大 學程度的高等職業教育學府,其主要宗旨在於培育高級技術人才。臺灣的技職教育正面臨調 整轉型的關鍵時刻,八十五學年度起至公元二千年,將有五十所以上的大學校院投入技職教 育,以有效紓解技職學校學生升學進修之瓶頸,以及提供在職人士之終生教育。技術學院的 發展策略,需控制量的合理成長,並注重質的提昇,才能因應工商人才之需。 本研究之目的在於探究技術學院之課程內容對於進修部學生能力發展之效能,研究問題 包括:(1)進入技術學院就讀之動機為何?(2)就讀技術學院對學生能力之成長如何(包合: 專業能力,思維理念,人文素養之成長)?(3)學生對技術學院的期望。期以研究結果協助 教育單位瞭解技術學院學生之學習成效與改進需求,規劃技術學院進修部之課程以助在職人 士專業能力之養成,並促使技術學院成為終生教育之良好環境。 本研究採取自白性的問卷調查研究法,問卷採五分制的萊克特量表,將受訪者之態度以 階梯量表數量化。主要研究對象為國內技術學院之高年級的在職進修人士,由於資料收集期 間,有些學生因故無法回寄,因此只回收實際受測人數為455人中的303人,回收率為67 %。 本研究採用自編的「技術學院在職進修人士之成效問卷」,問卷之設計,先採用德懷術, 針對25位技術學院在職進修之人士晤談,以深入訪談方式獲得學生的意見,再經由研究小 組的討論,而形成最終之調查問卷,以43個問題探索學生的態度。 依據研究結果,歸納出下列結論:(1)在職人士進入技術學院進修,大多是因為大學文 憑對想要工作職位的重要性,以及當前潮流之所趨;其次是為培養第二專長;(2)在專業能 力成長方面,第二專長足以使學生在實業界提昇公司之績效,以及轉業。但是學校課程太側 重理論性,不認為有助於目前職務的突破現狀;(3)在理念思維成長方面,學生的眼光和見 解稍有擴展,增進了許多不同專業領域的知識;但是理性思考的能力,科技整合的能力,突 破困境與創造生機的能力,以及對不同的思維模式與價值觀的容忍度,都感不足;以及(4) 在人文素養成長方面,學生自信擴展了整體世界觀的視野、責任感、以及溝通協調的能力, 但是對外國文化的了解,外國語文的使用能力都表示成長有限,此番現象反映出高等技職教 育之改進方向。 |
英文摘要 | The layout in Chinese not only has horizontal arrangement like the English does, also has vertical way. The Chinese people completely get used to both 2 ways in reading. This study is using the method of The Semantic Differential to explore the image influence when changed layouts of vertical order and horizontal order in Chinese characters. The main purpose of this study was to find an effective layout arrangements of vertical order and horizontal order in Chinese characters, which may provide useful information for visual communication design practice and instruction. The major findings of this study were as follow: (1) No significant differences were found between males and females on the image measurement of a set of 35 Chinese characters in a line. (2) The effect of the image had two common factors which were the legibility and the reliability. (3) One column style with ratio of the layout over 60% were the least effective legibility and reliability, no mater in vertical order or horizontal order. (4) To two columns layout in vertical order, generally the ratio of the layout at 50%, 60%, 70%, and 80% were worse legibility and reliability, except 40%. Particularly the 80% was the worst one. (5) To two columns layout in horizontal order, ratio of the layout at 80% was the worst effective legibility and reliability. The other layout ratio were better. (6) To three columns layout, they all got good effective legibility and reliability, no matter vertically or horizontally. However the horizontal order got better legibility but with little worse reliability. (7) To four columns layout in vertical order, only ratio of the layout at 70% got good reliability from the tester. The other ratio 40%, 50%, 60%, 80% were poor. But they all got good effective legibility. |
