中文摘要 | 本文研究在鍶鉍鉭氧陶瓷(SrBi�狼a�烙�炕A簡稱SBT)起始原料中添加氧化鈦後對 燒綠石相與 SBT 生成之影響。 當氧化鈦的含量為 10mol %時,並未有第二相的生成;但 當氧化鈦的添加量為 20mol %時,於 900 ℃以上反應後則有燒綠石相形成。 氧化鈦添加 量增加至 30mol ℃以上時, 燒綠石相生成溫度下降至 800 ℃,燒綠石相生成量亦隨氧化 鈦添加量急據增加。氧化鈦的添加並使SBT的分解溫度下降,減低SBT之熱穩定性。氧化鈦 並會與SBT形成固溶體造成SBT 晶格常數變化,使其 a、b 軸縮短,c 軸增長 。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of TiO�皋n the formation of pyrochlore phase and characte- ristics of SrBi �� Ta �� O �� (SBT) are investigated in this study.With 10 mol % of TiO �� added in the starting reactants, no secondary are found. However, a pyrochlore phase is produced above 900 ℃ with 20 mol % of TiO �� added. The onset temperature for the formation of pyrochlore phase decrease to 800 ℃,when the content of TiO �� increase to be above 30 mol %.The fraction of the pyrochlore phase also increases with increase in the content of TiO ��.The existence of TiO �� reduces the thermal stability of SBT, causing the decomposition of SBT to take place at lower temperatures.It is also found the lattice constants of SBT are changed because of the formation of solid solution of SBT and TiO ��.The lattice constants of a and b axes decrease and the contant in c-axis increase with increase of TiO ��. |
