中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在於利用8051單晶片製作汽車引擎燃料噴射控制系統,以取代引擎系統中的電子控制器的部分功能。電子控制器接受收引擎各感測器所傳回的數值,來判斷引擎工作的狀態,以計算出噴油量及點火時間,使引擎順利運轉。首先,本研究尋找各感測器傳回給電子控制器的訊號,再研究這些訊號所代表的意義及數值,找出影響較為明顯的參數,並以其建立噴油量的數學模式。接著,利用車輛引擎實驗臺及車輛引擎動態資料擷取實驗設備,來觀察引擎工作狀態及電子控制器的輸入與輸出,以了解各參數對噴油量之影響,並與所建噴油量模式比較,以驗證所建模式的正確性。然後,進行噴油控制程式撰寫及介面電路的設計製作,因為89C51單晶片具有資料可重複燒錄與記憶體容量大,可擴充等優點,所以使用它為系統控制器。配合訊號輸入電路,控制器可以接收各感測器的訊號,藉由內部所設定的資料庫,以查表來產生對應的噴油訊號,再經由燃料噴射控制電路以控制噴油嘴。最後,將本研究所做之燃料噴射控制器,實際接到MITSUBISH LANCER/VIRAGE 4G93引擎上測試,以驗證本研究之可行性。由結果顯示,所發展燃料噴射控制器,可使引擎順利啟動,並以怠速正常運轉。除此之外,所發展系統具有低成本、體積小、維修與調整容易等優點。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to develop a fuel injection controller based on an 8051 single-chip microprocessor, in order to replace some of functions of an ECU. An ECU judges the operation of AN Engine by receiving the data from sensors, and computes the amount of fuel injection and the ignition time required. First, by investigating the sensitivity of each input to the fuel injection of ECU, some significant factors are found, and the mathematical model of fuel injection is established. Then, experimental data of an ECU is collected by an engine tester, and compared to the developed model. Furthermore, the program of fuel injection and the whole interface circuits are implemented. The feasibility of the developed system is verified by installing it to a MITSUBISH LANCER/VIRAGE 4G93 model engine. The experimental results show that the developed system can ignite the engine on, and keep it run at idle speed properly. In addition, the system has the benefits of low cost, compact, and easy maintenance. |
