中文摘要 | 在微波輻照條件下,以過硫酸銨為催化劑在毛織物上接枝了甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEMA)。研究了接枝反應時間、微波輻照強度、催化劑濃度及單體濃度等因素對接枝率的影響。對比了微波輻照方法及常規加熱方法對接枝效果的影響,結果表明微波除對極性材料有較好的熱效應以外,還有促進單體反應活性的作用、能提高反應效率。接枝試樣的回潮率隨接枝率的提高而有所下降,接枝試樣的最大拉伸強度及相對應的伸長率隨接枝率的增大而增大。紅外分析表明接枝試樣在1700cm-1處有一較強的吸收峰,證明了酯鍵的存在及接枝的成功。通過SEM分析了接枝試樣表面狀態的變化,從外觀上表明了一定的接枝率能提高纖維製品的防縮能力。 |
英文摘要 | Hydroxyethyl methacrylate was grafted onto woolen fabrics by microwave irradiation in the presence of catalyst (NH4S2O8).Various parameters of graft-copolymerization reaction, namely time, microwave intensity, catalyst and monomer concentration,were optimized. The graft-copolymerization was also compared with conventional heating graft-copolymerization at the same condition, it showed microwave irradiation could improve the reactivity of the monomer. The moisture regain decreased as graft add-on increased, the mechanical properties of the strength and the strain increased as graft add-on increased. The Infrared spectrum showed an additional peak at 1700cm-1,confirming ester carbonyl groups of the monomer. The fiber surface structure was analysed by SEM and the results show that the shrink resistance of the grafted fabrics can be improved by a certain graft add-on. |
