中文摘要 | 職業與人格特質間有相關性存在,工作或職業的不同,其個人的人格需求型態亦 不同。本研究係經由探討運動員與飛行員兩者間的人格特質差異,以瞭解下列兩項研究目的 :一、由於兩者間的工作或訓練環境不同,當運動員轉型為飛行員時,應加以考量的人格特 質差異項目為何;二、欲藉由運動訓練來做為顯現飛行員人格特質時,應從事何種項目的運 動訓練,效果較佳。 經文獻探討後,作者決定採用可同時適用於飛行生與運動員的卡式十六項人格特質測驗量表 為研究工具。 經以描述統計、t檢定和 ANOVA 檢定變項間是否達顯著水準,並以薛費法( Scheffe )做事後比較,研究結果如下: 1.在包含四項次元因素的二十項人格特質因素中,樂群性、聰慧性、穩定性、恃強性、有 �琠吽B敢為性、懷疑性、世故性、緊張性、適應與焦慮、內向與外向、安詳機警與感情用事 等十二項因素上,飛行生與所有運動員間達顯著差異。 2.飛行生與網球隊在樂群性、聰慧性、穩定性、敢為性、敏感性等五項因素達顯著差異。 3.飛行生與柔道隊間在樂群性、聰慧性、穩定性、恃強性、有�琠吽B敢為性、世故性、實 驗性、緊張性等九項因素達顯著差異。 4.飛行生與羽球隊間在樂群性、聰慧性、興奮性、有�琠吽B敢為性、世故性等六項因素達 顯著差異。 5.飛行生與桌球隊間在樂群性、聰慧性、敏感性、懷疑性、幻想性等五項因素達顯著差異 。 6.飛行生與跆拳道隊間在樂群性、聰慧性、穩定性、恃強性、敢為性等五項達顯著差異。 7.針對空軍官校資深飛行員最重視的自律性、情緒穩定性、恃強性等三項人格特質因素加 以討論時:在自律性因素上未達顯著差異,此即表示飛行生與運動員兩種不同職業訓練的大 專生,在平日的日常生活管理型態上相似,導致在自測驗我行為管理的反應上未達顯著差異 結果;在情緒穩定因素上,飛行生顯著較網球、柔道、跆拳道隊高,此即表示飛行生的情緒 較運動員穩定而成熟,而且也較能面對現實的環境;在恃強性上,由於柔道與跆拳兩項均為 個人接觸性競賽運動項目,所以形成其恃強性顯著高於飛行生。 8.若學生來源為運動員時,在篩選方面,應考量其在學學科成績,及自我情緒控制能力。 對於已入本校之學生,可針對其人格特質,藉由從事格鬥方式的運動項目,來做為顯現飛訓 生飛行人格的方法或手段。 |
英文摘要 | There are relations between the occupation and the personality. The different occupation needs the different personality factors. Searching the different characters between the pilots and the athlete, we can get three messages. First, there are the same or different types of surroundings when they work or train. Second, the different personality must be considered when an athlete changes to a pilot. Last, we can choose the better exercise items when the pilot's personality needs to be advance from exercise training. After researching, the author makes the measuring table to be a researching tool that has sixteen personalities. It also can be suitable for a pilot and an athlete. From t test and ANOVA Counting, we can know the data reaching the standard or not. The Scheffe would be applied to compare and the nine results can be gotten as follows: 1. According to four secondary factors and twenty factors of personality, there are twelve factors of personality that have significant differences between the athlete and the trained students. They include warmth, intelligence, ego strength, dominance, superego strength persistent, boldness, anxious insecurity, sophistication, criticalness, self-sufficiency, compulsivity, and free floating anxiety. 2.Between a trained student and a tennis player, there are five different factors. They are warmth, intelligence, ego strength, boldness, and emotional. 3.Between a trained student and a judo player, there are five different factors that are warmth, intelligence, ego strength, dominance, superego strength persistent, boldness, sophistication, criticalness, and free floating anxiety. 4.Between a trained student and a badminton player, there are six different factors which are warmth, intelligence, elation, superego strength persistent, boldness, and sophistication. 5.There are five different factors between a trained student and a table tennis player. They are warmth, intelligence, emotional sensitivity, anxious insecurity, and bohemianism. 6.Comparing the taikundo players with the trained students, we can get five different factors which are warmth, intelligence, ego strength, dominance, and boldness. 7.Compulsivity, ego strength, dominance are very important factors for the Air Force Academic students. According to the three factors of personality, we have discussion as follows: Comparing the trained students and the athlete, there is not significant difference in compulsivity. Maybe the two kinds of person have same life management, they have same test results in self-discipline. Then, the trained students are better than tennis, judo and taikundo players in ego strength factor. It tells us that the trained students have better ego strength than the athlete and can face the real surroundings. Furthermore, judo and taikundo are touching and competitive sports. They have better dominance than the trained students. 8.If the trained students come from an athlete, we must consider and choose from his report card and self-discipline ability. We encourage a training students play the certain sport which is suitable for his personality. So exercises can become means and method to help him. |
