中文摘要 | 自然生態工法在生態與環保意識的要求下,已逐步取代傳統治理工法,成為河溪治理的第一優先考量。本研究利用數值評分,比較各式傳統治理工法及自然生態工法對於溪流生態環境物理條件變異之影響;隨著壩體高度之降低,不論是傳統工法或是自然生態工法,都能顯著地降低其影響程度,而自然生態工法因具備多孔隙及多變異性之特點,甚至能改善生態環境中對生物發展之不良條件;另外,順向構造在傳統工法中所呈現之缺點若改以自然生態工法施作,可以獲得有效改善。然而,因自然生態工法仍存在安全性及高成本之問題,工程技術人員在考量自然生態維護之餘,應更保守地評估各式工法使用之時機。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the more environmental discredits and concerns of ecological conservation, ecological engineering methods must be developed in order to meet the environmental requirement. By comparing with different engineering methods, we display its influence about the variation of river ecological environment by scores. If the dam body high goes lowly, its influence regulation also goes lowly. For ecological engineering methods which have characteristic of the multi-holes and the changeable shape, can even improve the ecological environment. Moreover, we can get that revetment built by ecological engineering methods is better than the tradition type. Finally, we suggest that the safety and the cost of ecological engineering methods must be considered, when engineers and technicians make his decision. |
