中文摘要 | 本研究係針對 EH36 TMCP 船用鋼板,以遮蔽金屬電弧銲接法,評估由母材及銲件 所呈現之機械性質。研究結果顯示:經加速冷卻製程處理之 TMCP 鋼板,其晶粒尺寸明顯細 化,鋼材經 600 ℃ /2hr 回火處理, 其晶粒大小及組織與未回火鋼材比較,差異性不明顯 。硬度試驗結果顯示,銲道之硬度較其他區域為高,銲件經回火熱處理,其整體硬度略微降 低。由於原始板材之低碳當量,因此熱影響區硬化現象並不明顯。衝擊試驗結果得知,TMCP 鋼材顯示高衝擊韌性值,但仍呈現明顯之方向性差異,觀察其破斷面均為延性破裂,熱影響 區亦顯示高衝擊值及延性破壞特徵。 |
英文摘要 | In this work, EH36 TMCP steel plate was applied to study the mechanical behavior of the welds by shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) process. The microstructure of the TMCP steel plate treated by on-line accelerated cooling consists of a refined ferrite and intergranular pearlite. The mixed microstructures composed of mainly grain boundary ferrite, Widmanstatter ferrite and acicular ferrite together with some microphases are in the weld metal. The coarse-grained HAZ is composed of a large amount of lower bainite with upper bainite. Fined-grained HAZ consists of mainly refined ferrite and bainite. The fusion zone has a higher hardness, the other regions regardless of postweld heat treatment. The low carbon equivalent of the TMCP steel results in the less increase in hardness in the HAZ. The result reveals an obvious difference in impact values between L and T specimens. The effect of tempering at 600 ℃ /2hr has a less influence on the microstructures and mechanical properties of TMCP steel welds. |
