中文摘要 | 終身學習社會需要完善的學習輔導與服務,本文即針對學習社會的圖書網路服務 提出探討,以期圖書網路服務能發揮其應有的功能及角色,建構更完善的終身學習體系,加 速邁向學習社會,達成全民教育及終身學習的理想。首先說明學習社會的特徵,指出人人學 習、時時學習、事事學習、處處學習的終身學習要義;其次提出圖書網路服務的功能與角色 ,對所有人開放、提供學習輔導、整合所有學科、永遠不畢業以培養自我終身學習能力與習 慣;然後說明圖書網路服務的學習環境,探討學習社會的圖書網路服務是終身學習的重心; 最後歸納建構學習社會的圖書網路服務策略,並綜以結語,強調圖書網路服務可增進社區終 身學習文化的發展。 |
英文摘要 | The networked service of libraries does play the role in support of the educational system for the life long learning socity. Since libraries are the only educational system available to everyone, regard less of age or affiliation, it is logical to turn to the libraries to help to achieve the goal of learning society. Further more, libraries play auniquerole inbridging the gaps between disciplines, and in helping people continue to self-study. This paper provides information and analyses to inform this development. The goal of lifelong learning demands learner centered systems taht evcourage inquiring mind sand creativity and provide choice and flexibility in the what, when, and how of learning. Networked service of libraries can enable learners to become self-directed and active learners, creator of ideas and knowledge and collaborators in learning. Thus, they are radically changing the system of lifelong learning. The above changes are challenging the future preminence of the lifelong learning society. |
