中文摘要 | 本研究以隨機完全區集設計探討飼養密度、深度效應對多層次養殖九孔(Haliotis diversicolor supertexta)成長率、活存率和收成量之影響。實驗分成三個深度,每個深度包括三 種飼養密度(65/籃,460/㎡;45/籃,318/㎡;25/籃,177/㎡)。變方分析顯示成長率有顯著 的密度及深度效應,活存率有顯著的密度效應。成長率和活存率隨著飼養密度的增加而減少, 而收成量則隨著飼養密度的增加而增加。以收成量和成長率為考量,或以收成量和魚體大小 為考量,最適飼養密度均為45/籃(318/㎡);以收成量為考量,最適飼養密度為65/籃(460/㎡)。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of density and depth on growth rate, survival rate and yield for intensive cultured abalone (Haliotis diversicolor supertexta) were examined with a randomized complete block design. There were three depths; each included three densities (460/㎡, 318/㎡ and 177/㎡) in out experiment. The analysis of variance indicated that the were significant density and depth effects of growth rate and significant density effect for significant density and depth effects for growth rate and significant density effect for survival rate. Growth rate and survival rate decreased with the increase of density, but yield increased with the increase of density. The stocking density for optimal yield and growth rate or optimal yield and body weight was 45/basket (318/㎡); and the optimal density for yield was 65/basket (460/㎡). |
