中文摘要 | 組織理論發展迄今,競值途徑(competing values approach,簡稱CVA)可說是獨 樹一幟,因其理論的架構即以兼容並包的思考模式為根基,結合組織理論中的理性目標、開 放系統、人群關係與內部過程等四種理論模式。在學校組織運作中,我們同時傳達相互衝突 、詭譎與矛盾的訊息,我們需以並排競列的方式處理價值觀,其精神重在組織行為之表現能 均衡及「兼容並包」 (janusian),故稱為競值途徑。 本文乃在以競值途徑為基礎,整合有 關校長領導角色、學校組織文化與組織效能等組織行為之研究,最後並歸結競值途徑在學校 組織行為研究之啟示。 |
英文摘要 | The Appliction of Competing Values Approach on the Relationships among the principals' Leadership Roles, School Organizational Calture and Organizational Effectiveness in the Senior High school Abstract. The purpose of the paper, forcing on the application of Competing Values Approach (CVA) on the school organizational behavior. The scheme is called CVA, because it illustrates the fact that organizations are expected to be and do many different things, and thus paradox, competing and conflicting demands are placed on them. The CVA integrates the main organization theories:rational goal mode, open system model, human relationship model, and internal process model. This paper based on CVA attempts to integrate partial viewpoints in the studies of principal's leader- ship roles. school organizational culture, and organizational effectiveness. |
