中文摘要 | 本研究使用ASTM D130(IP 134)修飾試驗法,能有效的區別銅腐抑制劑對硫腐蝕銅 片抑制效果之大小,而常用ASTM D130銅片腐蝕試驗法無法明顯區分。本研究結果顯示 Benzotriazole,Tolybenzotriazole及Triazole類化合物對銅片腐蝕抑制效果較佳,而 Mercaptothiadiazole及Benzothiazole類化合物效果較差,尤其溫度在150℃效果更差。從 學理推測,因Triazole類化合物較Thiadiazole及Thiazole類化合物較易與銅金屬形成很薄 一層鰲型化合物(Chelate compound)的保護膜,所以對銅片有優異腐蝕抑制效果。同時 Mercaptothiadiazole及Benzothiazole類化合物在溫度120℃以上時會產生雙偶合反應,而 失去形成薄膜能力,所以溫度在150℃效果更差的原因。小分子之Triazole類化合物對銅金 屬鈍化能力比大分子Triazole強,因此有較好RBOT氧化穩定性。 |
英文摘要 | Six commercial corrosion inhibitors were studied for copper corrosioninhibition under 50ppm Sulfur in mineral oil by modified ASTM D130 method. Two ofthem were chosen as metal deactivators and studied metal deactivating ability on oxidationstability by using Rotary Bomb Oxidation Test Method. The results of this study wereshown in the followings: 1.Modified ASTM D130 method was better than D130 method which can tell us the difference of copper corrosion inhibition results among corrosion inhibitors, while D130 testing method can not. 2.Benzotriazole, Tolybenzotriazoleand Triazole compounds showed better copper corrosion inhibition than those of Mercaptothiadiazole and Benzothiazole compounds in this study. Because Triazole and its derivatives were more easily chelated with copper surface forming a thin-film to protect Sulfur corrosion than that of Thiazole and its derivatives. 3.Mercaptothiadiazole and Benzothiazole will loss thin-film at temperature above 120℃ through couple reaction. The worse results showed at 150℃ for these compounds. 4.The small molecular weight of Triazole showed a better RBOT oxidation stability than that of large molecular weight of Triazole. Because better copper deactivating ability of lower molecular weight of Triazole than that of higher molecular weight of Triazole. |
