中文摘要 | 近年來,為了符合環保的需求,在柴油方面,全世界共同的趨勢為降低油中的硫 含量,因而柴油需經加氫脫硫的製程,但此製程除了脫去硫份外,也會將部分原存於柴油中 之天然潤滑劑(主要是含氧、氮之微量極性物及多環芳香烴化合物)一併脫除或飽和,因此 會降低低硫柴油的潤滑性,而車輛在使用此油料時,會有油料潤滑性不足的問題;本研究除 建立潤滑性的評估方法(HFRR,CECF-06-A-96)外,並且探討柴油品質、製程等對潤滑性影響 及潤滑性的改善方式,由試驗結果可知: 由試驗的55支沒有加添加劑的柴油,柴油的品質中硫含量、黏度、芳香烴含量對潤滑性 沒有直接關係,而十六烷指數有較直接關係,十六烷指數越高時,潤滑性越差;由生產柴油 的三種可能的製程比較分析可知,製程對柴油潤滑性的影響最大,而柴油的潤滑性問題,由 實驗中可知,可以用製程調整來改善,但需注意柴油硫含量是否合格。 |
英文摘要 | The trend to low sulfur automotive diesel fuels is well established throughout the world. Low sulfur diesels which require severe refining (hydro treating) to reduce the sulfur level have low lubricity properties. The refinery processes employed to remove sulfur and aromatics have the effect of removing the natural lubricants (trace polar species, such as oxygen-and nitrogen- containing compunds and certain aromatics types) . The effects of fuel properties and refining processes on the diesel lubricity were investigated. The test results from 55 diesel samples indicated that the sulfur contents, viscosity and total aromatic contents were not indications of lubricity properties. Cetane Index showed a well correction with lubricity properties. The effects of refining processes on the lubricity properties were very significant. The lubricity of a poor fuel could be restored if it is blended with as little as 5 ∼10% of a good lubricity fuel. |
