中文摘要 | 為探討銲劑種類及成分對銲接金屬微觀組織及韌性的影響,本實驗就熔融型銲劑及 燒結型銲劑 (不同 B.I 值 ) 與錳含量不同的銲線組合作試驗。實驗發現銲接金屬之微觀組 織與氧含量有關。銲接金屬韌性隨氧含量之增加而減少。沃斯田鐵晶粒大小則隨氧含量之增 加而減少。合金元素的過渡,受到銲劑成分及銲線成分的影響。碳含量在銲接過程中會燒損 ,其程度主要受銲線中碳含量的控制,與銲劑成分無關。 |
英文摘要 | Experiments have been performed to investigate the effect of submerged flux type andwire electrode composition upon welded metal microstructure and toughness. In this paper,three type flux and two type wire have been deposited on C-Mn steel. The flux contain fusedtype and agglomerated type. The oxygen content in weld metal is an important factor in the control of weld metalmicrostructure and mechanical properties, especially toughness. The austenite grain size and toughness both decrease with in crease oxygen content in weld metal. The Mn and Si transferto the weld metal depends mainly flux composition and wire composition. The carbon willburn-out during welding process, and it depend on the carbon content of wire electrodes. |
