英文摘要 | A 2-batch and long cycle fuel management of a PWR core was examined by loading enriched reprocessed uranium (ERU) fuel. By using improved Lifetime Average Reactivity (LAR) method, the 4.44 wt % and 4.93 wt % ERU fuels were designed to be equivalent to 4.0 wt % and 4.4 wt % U-235 enriched UO□ fuels, respectively. By loading 44 bundles of 4.0 wt % and 32 bundles of 4.4 wt % UO□ fresh fuels or their equivalence ERU fresh fuel bundles for a 900 MWe PWR with 157 fuels in total, the cycle length of equilibrium cycle of both UO□ core and ERU core was about the same with 21 GWD/MT. |
