中文摘要 | 造成頸總動脈common carotid artery(CCA)狹窄的原因,不外乎有血栓、鈣化等等....除了臨床上的病徵、檢查數據、超音波、電腦斷層影像、磁振造影及血管攝影可供診斷幫助外,三度空間電腦斷層血管攝影術three-dimensional CT angiography(3D-CTA)(1)將是一項新的診斷利器。本篇主要敘述利用螺旋式電腦斷層(spiral CT)3D影像重建軟體重組三度空間電腦斷層血管攝影術可由1.陰影表面顯像shaded-surface display(SSD):它能夠清楚顯示頸總動脈血管立體解剖圖及內外頸動脈分支走向;2.最大強度投射maximum intensity projection (MIP):它能夠清楚顯示頸總動脈血管內腔流動結構情況,血栓、鈣化在血管中的位置及大小皆可明顯描述出來,對於用來診斷頸總動脈特別是內外頸分支處之狹窄有極大的幫助。 |
英文摘要 | The common cause of common carotid artery stenosis are thombosis and califications. The diagnostic clues including clincial symptom and sign, laboratorydata, and the findings of ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and angiography. In the coming future, three-dimensional computed tomography (3D-CTA) will be a powerful diagnostic tool. In this description, we use spiral computed tomgraphy (spiral CT) with 3D imaging reconstruction technique to demonstrate the CTA imaging. There are seperated into two parts: (1)shaded-surface display (SSD): it can display the spatial relationship of anatomy and its ramification. (2)maximum intensity projection (MIP): it can brightly demonstrate the internal structure of the artery, and thrombus or calification location and size. In the diagnosis of common carotid artery stenosis; especially, bifurcation level, is quite useful. |
