中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討飼糧中添加不同含量鋅對離乳仔豬生長性能、血清蛋白質成分及免疫反應之影響。三品種(LYD)離乳仔豬90頭,平均體重為8 ± 1kg,逢機分配於5個鋅(氧化鋅型式)添加量為0、100、1000、3000及5000ppm飼糧處理中,每處理3重覆,每重覆6頭仔豬,公母各半,飼料及水採任食,試驗行進6週。結果顯示鋅添加量由0至3000 ppm 對離乳仔豬生長性能無影響,添加到5000 ppm時明顯變差 (P<0.05)。血清蛋白質成分方面,鋅添加由0至3000 ppm 時對血清總蛋白質及蛋白質的成分無不良影響,添加至5000 ppm時,白蛋白含量及白蛋白╱球蛋白比值明顯降低(P<0.01),球蛋白及球蛋白成分中α�窗Aα�砟峉]-球蛋白含量顯著較其他組高(P<0.05),γ-球蛋白含量各組間差異不顯著(P>0.05)。 免疫反應方面,所有飼糧處理組於第4週做第二次SRBC補強注射後,均於第5週時抗體力價達到高峰,以100 ppm組的抗體力價最高(P<0.05);注射PHA後3小時,各組間皮膚腫脹反應有顯著差異(P<0.05),以100 ppm組腫脹最高。注射PHA後6、9、12及24小時,各組間皮膚腫脹反應差異不顯著(P>0.05),但以100 ppm組有反應較明顯的趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was conducted to investigate the effect of different levels of dietary zinc supplementation on the growth performance, serum protein constituents and immune response of weaned pigs. Ninety LYD weaned pigs (average body weight 8 ± 1kg) were randomly assigned to 5 treatments with 0,100, 1000, 3000, and 5000 ppm dietary zinc supplements. Each treatment had three replicates with six weaned pigs, half male and half female. Feed and water were fed ad libitum. The study was lasted for 6 weeks. The result indicated that growth performance was not significantly different when weaned pigs were fed supplemental zinc up to 300ppm (P<0.05). However, inferior growth was found when the dietary zinc level was increased to 5000ppm (P<0.05). The effect of serum protein constituents did not show any bad effect when weaned pigs were fed supplemental zinc up to 3000ppm (P>0.05). However, the pigs were fed supplemental zinc up to 5000ppm had decreased the albumin concentration, albumin/globulin ratio and increased the globulin, α��- globulin, α��-globulin and β -globulin concentration (P<0.05) than other dietary treatments. But the γ-globulin concentration was not significantly different (P>0.05) among the dietary treatments. To check of immune response, all of the dietary treated pigs were injected (boosted) with sheep red blood cells antigen into intravenous at the 4th week. The hemagglutinating antibody titer reached a peak at the 5th week and there was a significant difference (P<0.05) when zinc 100ppm added antibody titer reached a peak at the 5th week and there was a significant difference (P<0.05) when zinc 100 ppm added to the basal diet. The skin swelling response was significantly different (P<0.05) at 3 hours after PHA injection for all treatment pigs. The group of 100 ppm zinc had significantly highest size of swelling. There were no significant difference (P>0.05) at 6, 9,12 and 24 hours after PHA injection for all treatment pigs, but the group of 100ppm zinc level tended to increase (P>0.05). |
