中文摘要 | 栽培玉米的土壤遭受淹水時,土壤氧化還原電位明顯地降低,士壤中有機質含量 高時,其 Eh �f值會降得愈低。在植株愈大時的淹水處理其土壤氧化還原電位愈低,還原狀 態愈為嚴重。玉米在遭受淹水逆境時,玉米根系亦具有氧化能力,但與耐淹性似無明顯關係 。 在淹水處理下,根系 TTC 測定值均曾明顯增加,亦即是脫氫酵素活性均可由淹水處理而 提高,但與耐淹性無關係。淹水逆境時,根系的生長受到相當大的傷害,根系活力明顯的受 到抑制,呼吸作用速率降低。因此,直接測定根系的呼吸作用以作為淹水下根活力的大小較 為恰當。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to examine the effects of waterlogging on the redox potential of the rhizosphere and root activity of corn seedling. The redox potential of rhizosphere significantly declined when cultivated corn was grown under waterlogging. When soil organic matter content increased the Eh7 declined further more. The Eh7 of rhizosphere decline further deeply when it suffered from waterlogging while the corn plant was growing. The corn root possess the ability to oxidize the reduced substances in submerged rhizosphere soil, however it showed no relationship to the tolerance of waterlogging stress. Under waterlogging, the measurement of TTC test was increased, i.e., the activity of dehydrogenase in the corn root was increased, but showed no relationship to the waterlogging tolerance ability. Therefore, it is more reasonable to determine the physiological activity of corn root under waterlogging by analying respiratory rate directly. |
