中文摘要 | 以砂耕盆栽雜交高粱台中五號的三葉期為試驗材料,分別進行人工浸水十天及澆 灌乙烯釋放劑來處理,比較高粱幼苗生長及乙烯釋放的反應。結果顯示外加乙烯釋放劑處 理後,在植株株高、葉面積、地上部乾重和不定根數目方面的表現與浸水所造成的傷害 相似。此結果顯示出浸水對高粱植株的某些傷害與乙烯的產生有密切關係。浸水處理高 粱幼苗能誘導大量乙烯產生,並且葉綠素、可溶性蛋白質和游離胺基酸含量皆減少;然 而利用外加乙烯釋放劑處理並未有相同結果。似乎顯示乙烯對高梁幼苗遭受浸水逆境 時,葉綠素、可溶性蛋白質和游離胺基酸含量的改變,可能沒有直接的關係。此外,浸 水處理明顯促進乙烯釋放量、ACC和MACC含量的提高;然而外加乙烯釋放劑處理雖能 有效地提昇高梁植株乙烯釋放量,但未能明顯促進植株體內ACC及MACC的增加,似乎 人工浸水及施用乙烯釋放劑所放出乙烯是經由不同方式產生,而後者可能並未影響植株 內生乙烯量之釋出。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment is to compare the responses of sorghum seedlings to waterlogging and ethephon application. Hybrid cv. Taichung 5 seedlings grown in sand pot until V3 stage were subjected to a 10 day waterlogging treatment and 40 ml of diluted 5000 volume Ethrel were poured into pot at 0 and 5 days after treatment. The results of etheohon treatment showed that plant height, leaf area, shoot dry weight and adventitious root formation were similar to waterlogging treatment. This suggested that responses of some agronomic characteristics to waterlogging is resulted from ethylene produced by stressed plant. However, similar changes haven't been detected in the responses of chlorophyll, soluble protein or free amino acids in the leave of stressed plant. Additionally, the release of ethylene was elevated by ethrel treatment, but ACC and MASS contents in plant were not enhanced significantly. It seems that the ethylene release of waterlogging and ethrel treatments were produced by different pathway, which then resulted in the different responses of crop plants. |
