中文摘要 | 菠菜花性分為雌株、純雄棟、營養雄株及雌雄異花同株四種,一般未經選拔品 種雌雄株比約1:1及少量雌雄異花同株。雌雄異花同株品系具有較雄株晚抽苔,產量高, 有利於單株選拔留種並可以快速提高優長品種的雌性率等優點。在農業試驗所田區以拔除 雄株、早抽苔株,選留菠菜雌雄異花同株及較優之晚抽苔雌株方式進行隔離留種,供試8 個品種(系)在未選拔前的雌雄異花同株、雌株、雄株比率平均分別為14.0%、42.6%、 43.5%,經兩代選拔,雌雄異花同株、雌株、雄株此率分別為70.3%、15.7%、13.9%, 各品種(系)平均抽苔期為播種後10.6週,經兩代選拔後則延到11.8%週抽苔,抽苔期平均 變異係數由6.8降為5.5%,開花期更為集中。 |
英文摘要 | Extreme male, vegetative male, female and monoecious plants are four types of flower sex of spinaches. In an open pollinated cultivar, the ratio of male and female plants is in general 1 : 1, with a few monoecious plants. The advantages of a monoecious line include later bolting and higher yield as compared to male plants. Also, single plant selection can be conducted easily and increased femaleness of a good cultivar cna be achieved quickly when crossed with a monoecious line. The experiment was conducted in TARI. After selecting for elite monoecious and female as well as roguing male and early bolting ones for two generations, the average ratios of 8 spinach cultivars (lines) of female, male and monoecious plants changed from 42.5% , 43.5% and 14.0% , respectively, in 1994 to 13.9% , 15.7% and 70.3 %, respectively, in 1996. Average bolting time and coefficient of variation of these cultivars (lines) were 10.6 wks aftw sowing and 6.8%, respectively, in 1994. After 2 generations of selections, the corresponding values changed to 11.8 wks after sowing and 5.5% in 1996. It means that spinaches bolt later and in a more concentrated periods. |
