中文摘要 | 木質材料蘊藏大量的碳元素,將其焚化將導致大氣二氧化碳的增加,實在可惜, 故應妥善規劃提高資源化價值,並延長生命週期。若將木質廢棄物製備成活性碳,使廢材循 環利用,最後再將碳素固定於地表,應是最有效資源化的方式。本文以具有纖維素、半纖維 素和木質素之廣義木質廢棄物為研究對象,採用十四種木類、十二種竹類和四種農產廢棄物 為原料,利用可增加產率,降低成本和污染的水蒸氣賦活法製備活性碳探討產率及吸附活性 指標(碘值、甲基藍值、BET 比表面積等)之關係,判斷適宜製備活性碳之原料及條件,經 與文獻中各種材質製備之活性碳比較,顯示本研究製備之活性碳具有較佳之吸附量,可為木 質廢棄物質資源化提供良好處技術。 |
英文摘要 | Combustion is the widely-used method for treatment of wood wastes. It is not the best from the viwpoint of environmental protection and resources re-use because carbon dioxide will be produced during combustion. In this work, the use of wood wastes for preparation of active carbon is proposed. Fourteen woods, twelve bamboos and four agricultural wastes were tested, which all contain cellulose, hemi-cellulose, and lignin. The optimal preparation conditions were determined based on the yield, iodine number, the adsorption ability of methylene blue, and the BET specific surface area. Compared to commercial and other synthetic active carbons, the present products showed to be economically promising. |
