中文摘要 | 本研究就臺灣沿海擱淺及意外死亡的三種鯨豚:露脊鼠海豚,弗氏海豚及小抹香鯨各一頭,以光學及電子顯微鏡觀察胸血管網之構造。胸血管網呈一大片海綿狀,分佈於胸椎兩側並延伸於肋骨之間。胸血管網的大小隨種類而有所不同。露脊鼠海豚的胸血管網發達分佈於整個胸椎旁,弗氏海豚次之,小抹香鯨的胸血管網僅分佈於前九個胸椎間由前往後方漸小漸薄。胸血管網包埋於脂肪結締組織中,含大量壁厚的肌型動脈血管及少數壁薄的靜脈血管。肌型動脈血管壁具明顯的內和外彈性層。中膜主要由平滑肌組成,於肌肉細胞間有網狀纖維分隔,並無裂隙接合。數個血管網動脈分佈放大動脈血管的中膜和外膜交界。這些血管網動脈為起源於肋間動脈或內頸動脈。胸血管網結締組織中有神經纖維、及神經束內含許多髓鞘神經纖維,並有神經節分佈。三隻鯨豚胸血管網之構造基本上相似。 |
英文摘要 | The structure of the thoracic rete mirabile of three stranded or accidentally killed cetaceans, a finless porpoise (Neophocaena phocaenoides), a Fraser's dolphin (Lagenodelphis hosei), and a pygmy sperm whale (Kogia breviceps), were studied using light and electron microscopy. The thoracic rete is a sponge-like mass which is distributed on both sides of the thoracic vertebrae and extends between the ribs. The retial blood vessels are embedded in adipose tissue and consist of primarily thick-walled arteries and a few thin-walled veins. The walls of muscle-type arteries consist of three tunics with distinct internal and external elastic membranes. The tunica media consists mainly of smooth muscle cells separated by reticular fibers. No gap junctions between smooth muscle cells were noted in the three species. Several retial arteries are distributed at the border between the media and adventitia of a large artery in Fraser's dolphin. A retial artery originating from a major artery through sphincter-like structures was observed. Various-sized nerves and a ganglion are found in the connective tissue. The thoracic retia of the Finless porpoise and Fraser's dolphin are better developed than that of the pygmy sperm whale. However, the structures of the thoracic retia of the three cetacean species are basically similar. |
