中文摘要 | “熱機壓延控制”(Thermo-Mechanical Control Process,簡稱TMCP),鋼材在銲道接頭附近的熱影響區(Weld-Heat Affected Zone)其抗蝕性有明顯下降。本實驗中於TMCP及其銲道接頭、熱影響區進行表面鍍鉻後,其抗蝕效果即有明顯改善。再以交流阻抗法分析配合一固定電位範圍內極化曲線的驅勢及掃描式電子顯微鏡的觀察,得知熱影響區的抗蝕性較母材和銲道區(Weld Joint)差的趨勢。推斷出材料腐蝕機構以孔洞侵蝕狀態先行產生(Pitting),隨著電壓的升高,單位面積蝕孔密度亦逐漸增加,蝕孔間因互相接合而形成較大的孔蝕現象。鍍鉻層後的材料表面腐蝕形式雖也有孔蝕現象,但較未處理前明顯改善。 |
英文摘要 | Corrosion resistance has been seriously declined in the weld-heat affected zone of TMCP (Thermo-Mechanical Control Process) steels. This study demonstrates the improvement of corrosion resistance of chromium coated TMCP steels by using A. C. impedance methods. With the results of polarization effects, the corrosion behavior of welded steels initiated by the pitting progressing were observed. The morphology as observed from electron scanning microscope illustrates that the pitting density is greatly reduced on the surfaces of coated specimen. |
