中文摘要 | 為探討防治葡萄晚腐病用殺菌劑護汰寧(fludioxonil)在本地葡萄園環境下之降解情形,於室內進行水及土讓中降解試驗,並於室外進行土表光分解及田間消散性試驗,室內試驗結果顯示護汰寧在經殺菌水或未經殺菌水中不易降解;在厭氣性土壤中,無論土壤是否經殺菌,經第84天後其濃度仍未降至50%以下;但在好氣性土壤中之降解較快,半衰期(t��)為69天。土表光分解試驗結果顯示在本地夏季之9時至14時,平均日射量為41 mj/m�插B平均氣溫為36℃之試驗條件下,t�邠�9小時。葡萄園試驗使用藥劑為Switch�鈷.G. 62.5%,含25%護汰寧,每隔7天施藥一次,連續施用6次,每次施藥量為1.2 kg/ha,稀釋1000倍噴施,不同之栽培期下進行田間之消散性試驗結果顯示,護汰寧在壤中之移動性極低,施藥後僅存於0至5cm之表土中。在冬季葡萄期(8月至11月)、夏季葡萄期(4月至7月)及溫室葡萄期(4月至7月),無論在裸地土壤或葡萄園土壤中,護汰寧皆可發生降解,在冬、夏二期之葡萄園土壤及裸地中之消散半量期(DT�t)相近,DT�t在葡萄園為20至23天,在裸地為5至6天,在溫室葡萄園為30天,溫室葡萄園因日射量受設施之阻隔,以致消散速率減慢。 |
英文摘要 | The environmental degradation of fludioxonil, a phenylpyrrole fungicide for control of grape ripe rot disease and one of the major ingredient in SWITCH��, was studied under the local conditions. The results indicated fludioxonil was stable in both sterilized and unsterilized water within 84 days of incubation. The half-lives of aerobic and anaerobic soil degradation were > 84 days and 69 days respectively. Photodegradation on soil surface was studied in the summer under of subtropical condition, and the half-life was 9 hours. The results of field dissipation studies showed that DT�t of winter grape (from August to November) and summer grape (from April to July) were 23 days and 20 days respectively. The light-shielding effect of construction caused reducing of degradation rate on the constructional vineyard, and the DT �t of field dissipation was 30 days. |
