中文摘要 | 本文以一個二部門三要素一般均衡理論模型,探討外勞之配額與就業安定費變動對經濟體系的影響。本文證明,將外勞做為特殊生產要素使用之部門,將會因為外勞之使用費用(ESF)的提高而致使其生產成本增加,造成該部門對勞動和資本需求之減少,該部門的產出亦隨之降低;配額對所得分配之效果,則視兩個部門的要素密集度而定。此外,就業安定費與配額變動對國民所得的影響,則均視產品問的替代彈性而定。 |
英文摘要 | This paper utilizes a generalized two-sector-three-factor model to analyze the effects of changing quota or 'employment stabilization fee'(ESF) of foreign labors. We show that an increase in ESF will induce the sector that employs foreign labor as a specific factor uses less capital andlabor, decreases its output as well. The effects of quota on income distribution depend on factor intensities that must satisfy the stability condition of the model. In addition, we also show that effects of changing quota and ESF on national income depend on elasticity of substitute between two commodities. |
