中文摘要 | 傳統上齒輪製作大多均以切齒方式機械加工而得,本案擬開發之螺旋齒輪原採用離心鑄造製程,然齒形精度較差且成本較高,故本研究之目標在於應用750℃∼850℃溫間鍛造技術直接鍛造螺旋傘齒輪,鍛後齒形部分不再需機械加工,鍛件精度達ISO IT 11∼14級。在效益方面,直接鍛製齒形製程,可較傳統機械加工方式提高材料使用率10%以上,減少齒形部分機械加工費用20%左右。此項技術之建立不僅可提昇國內鍛造工業技術層次,對於車輛鍛件業者成本降低與市場競爭力之提高亦有極大助益,亦可應用於不同齒形鍛件之開發,縮短研發時程。 |
英文摘要 | Conventionally, most of gear teeth is formed by machining. Thes spiral bevel gear is originally formed by casting process with worse accuracy and higer cost. The purpose of this study is to apply 750℃-850℃ warm forging technology on spiral bevel gear without post machinery and its accuracy can attain ISO IT11-14 grade. Compared to traditional process, the process need no machining on teeth of gear to save the material up to 10% and lower the machining cost up to 20%. The development of the technology not only can promote the domestic forging technology and also have benefit on lowering cost and increasing market competition. |
