中文摘要 | 本研究係以市售3M 3500被動式採樣器,針對高極性有害物乙二醇單甲基醚,在 高濕工作環境下,進行現場性能測試評估。測試結果以成對樣品t檢定做統計分析,在 0.17-163ppm濃度範圍內,並未發現主動式與被動式採樣器有統計上之差異。線性回歸分析 發現二種採樣器93對成對樣品之相關係數高達0.992以上,斜率為0.973。二者平均濃度 差為0.34ppm,平均百分相對誤差為1.81%。48對二重複主動式採樣及52對二重複被動式 採樣之intraclass相關係數分別為0.994及0.989。六重複主動式、被動式、及主動式加 乾燥管三種採樣方式,在高、中、低不同暴露濃度現場之採樣結果,顯示其平均精密度分別 為3.84%,7.14%,及5.12%。在36.3mL/min之低流率採樣條件下,發現濕度之影響並不明 顯。因此本研究之結論為考慮精密度、準確度及現場環境干擾效應,以3M 3500被動式採樣 器進行乙二醇單甲基醚之暴露評估,可以獲致與傳統主動採樣相當一致之測定結果。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a field evaluation of 3M 3500 passive badges to measure a highly polar compound 2-methoxy ethanol (ME) in a high humidity working environment. No statistical difference was found between the passive badges and active samplers by paired-sample t test. Linear regression analysis showed a high correlation (r > 0.992, slope = 0.973, n=93) between the passive and active samples over the exposure range of 0.17 to 163 ppm. The mean concentration difference was 0.34 ppm and the mean relative error was 1.81%. The intraclass correlation coefficients of 48 duplicate active samples and 52 duplicate passive samples were 0.994, and 0.989 respectively. The precision of replicate passive, active, and active/drying tube samples (n=6) collected at three different exposure areas are 3.84%, 7.14%, and 5.12% respectively. Humidity effect was insignificant at the low sampling rate (36.3 mL/min) used in this study. It is therefore concluded that using the passive sampler to assess ME exposure resulted in a comparable finding to that of active sampler collection with respect to accuracy, precision, and effects from the environmental interference. |
