英文摘要 | Hot deformation process is one of the most important production processes used in steel industry. In order to increase the productivity, dimensional accuracy, internal and surface quality of products, a lot of research activitie have been concentrated on the study of deformation process. Since a hot deformation simulator can rapidly and accurately simulate a hot deformation process, it has been extensively used to replace the conventional on line trial experiment for the study of hot defomation process. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the principle and function of the hot deformation simulators. The examples of simulatons are also illustrated. |
