中文摘要 | 本研究探討低溫燒結用氧化鋁-氧化鋯(ZTA)超微粒粉末之前導原料鋁-鋯-水合物 膠體粉末的相變行為。膠體經由化學共沉法獲得,在 pH=9 環境下,分別以室溫共沉並添加 晶種,高溫共沉 (含 40 °,60 °及 80 ℃ ) 並陳化,及超音波震盪方式處理。 由膠體粉 末的 DTA/TG 分析及配合煆燒粉末 XRD 數據可看出: 添加α -Al �� O �偌劃堨i明顯降低 鋁氧合物諸過渡相及α -Al �� O �高漸X現溫度。陳化處理也可使過渡相出現溫度降低。但 各具特性,其原因與起始膠體之結晶相、膠體粒徑大小有關。 若膠體中含有 gibbsite,甚 至可使θ -Al �� O �陞X現溫度較一般所知者低 200 ℃。 |
英文摘要 | Phase transformation behaviors of aluminium-zirconium hydroxide gels by which ultrafine ZTA powders were obtained was investigated using DTA (Differential Thermal Analysis) and XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) techniques. The gels were prepared via chemical coprecipitation with various modifications:(1) mixed with α -Al �� O �� crystallites during the coprecipitation, (2) the gels were aged at the temperatures of 40 ℃, 60 ℃, and 80 ℃ (pH=9) before dehydration; and (3) the precipitates were treated with a ultrasonic wave. Mixing with α -Al �� O �� can significantly decrease the phase transformation temperatures for the transtion phases and α -alumina. Aging treatments also can decrease transformation temperatures. Crystalline phases and particle sizes of the gels affect the transformation temperature. Gels with gibbsite phase can lower the transformation temperature of δ→θ -Al �� O �� about 200 ℃ compared with that reported. |
