中文摘要 | 感光性樹脂配方,一般包含有寡聚合體、單體、光起始劑、增感劑等成份,在經 光照射後會產生架橋反應,形成一硬化樹脂。 目前光硬化技術廣泛應用在一般商業及工業上,而光硬化系統塗膜之優劣取決於下列因 素:(1)如何使光有效的穿透塗層,引發良好的光起始反應,(2)聚合速度均等,無殘留應 力存在,(3)透明度,(4)避免黃化現象,(5)塗膜之強度等,為目前需要廣泛研究之處。 本實驗目的在研究紫外線硬化樹脂之最佳配方,應用於壓花材及其它藝術用途。紫外線 硬化樹脂作為壓花材較傳統樹脂有下列之優點:(1)製作前不需再混合。(2)在照射紫外線 之前,有充裕時間佈置花材。 |
英文摘要 | The formulation of photosensitive resins includes oligomer, monomer, photoinitiator, photosensitizer and additives. After photo-exposure, the resins produce crosslinking reactions, and become rigid. The technologies of photo-crosslinking has been widely used on commercial and industrial applications. The factors that may influence the properties of the photo-crosslinking resins are: (1)the efficiency of the light penetrating the resins, and induce a good photoreaction. (2)control the reaction rate of crosslinking, to make a uniform product. (3)the transparence of the product. (4)avoid the yellowing phenomenon. (5)the stiffness of the product. The purpose of this study was to find the best formulations of photosensitive resins that can be used for manufacturing of pressed-flowers or other applications on art. The photosensitive resins are better than the traditional resins for manufacturing of pressed-flowers, because the photosensitive resins have the following benefit: (1)no necessary of mixing steps. (2)has efficient time to treat the flowers before photo-exposure. |
