中文摘要 | 一般求三相感應電動機等效電路的參數,被慣用的典型測試項目,諸如無 載試驗、堵住試驗及電阻測量等,在許多國家標準中皆有規範。但這些標準並 無特別強調測試項目的順序與量測取值時機。因此,導致利用求出之等效電路 所模擬出結果與實際感應電動機性能相差甚遠。本文利用微電腦活線溫升電阻 測試器,觀察電動機之溫度變化,據以提出最佳之測試順序與量測取值時機。 最後,文中並以一臺三相二馬力鼠籠式感應電動機,施以實際負載測試電動機 性能,再與本文提出之順序得到之等效電路參數電腦模擬結果,相互比較,證 明本文提出之測試順序之重要性與必要性。 |
英文摘要 | Typical routines tests for an induction motor equivalent circuit such as a no-load test, locked-rotor test and resistance measurement are described in several testing standards along with specific procedures. However, these standards do not emphasize the sequence in which the tests should be carried out and the appropriate time duration of each test. In this paper, the importance of temperature rise during the test procedure is pointed out and an optimal test sequence for determining an induction motor equivalent circuit is proposed. A three-phase 2 HP squirrel cage motor operating performance is determined by real load test and computer simulation. Comparing the two results, it was found that the proposed temperature-based test sequence gives more accuracy and consistent parameters, which would result in better prediction in motor performance simulation. |
