中文摘要 | 雜交高粱臺中五號植株於孕穗期淹水五天處理,測定葉片蔗糖、葡萄糖和澱粉含 量,以及糖類代謝酵素活性之變化,以探討淹水逆境對葉片糖類代謝的影響。試驗結果顯示 淹水逆境導致葉片蔗糖、葡萄糖和澱粉含量減少,同時蔗糖╱澱粉含量比值亦降低,顯然淹 水處理下葉片蔗糖含量減少大於澱粉含量減少,因此葉片供源能力下降。經淹水五天後,處 理植株劍葉 sucrose phosphate synthase 活性達到最大, 且明顯較對照植株劍葉高約 30 %, 而 uridine diphosphate glucose pyrophosphorylase 活性則較對照植株明顯為低。 整體而言,排水後淹水處理植株劍葉蔗糖代謝和澱粉合成酵素活性表現,並未有明顯的抑制 現象。 |
英文摘要 | Field grown hybrid sorghum cultivar Taichung 5 was subjected to 5-day waterlogging at booting stage. Sucrose, glucose and starch contents of leaves were significantly decreased. The reductions of sucrose/starch ratio in leaf were also observed. The reduction of sucrose contents were obviously more than reduction of starch contents. Consequently, source potential of leaf was reduced. SPS activities of flag leaf under 5-day waterlogging treatment were apparently higher about 30% than control. After drainage, the enzymatic activities of sucrose metabolism and starch synthesis in flag leaf were not significantly inhibited by waterlogging. |
