中文摘要 | 本研究使用四羅拉牽伸系統改良聚酯絲╱嫘縈複合紗的斷面結構,實驗結果顯示 ,複合紗的均勻分散型增加為34.0%,外移型增加為19.5%。實驗中發現使用雙皮圈四羅拉牽 伸裝置,有利於聚酯絲開纖寬度的控制,並有效的改善聚酯絲輿嫘縈棉在前羅拉夾持點處之 混合效果,以最佳配列方式形成較佳混紡均勻性之複合紗。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, we study the composite yarn on 4-roller drafting system to improve the cross sectional structure of P/R composite yarn. The results of this study reveal that the fraction of the uniform distribution type can increase up to 34.0%, and the wrapping type 19.5%. We find that 4-roller drafting system with 2 double aprons is beneficial to control the filament spread width as well as improve the mixing efficiency of spreaded polyester filaments and rayon fibers in the nip of front roller. Consequently, it will be arranged in a best dispersion way to be formed a composite yarn with better blend uniformity. |
