中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討分析等張與等長收縮與垂直跳高的不同相關數, 景文工商專 校女學生 162 人為樣本, 利用 Universal Gum 測量等張收縮的腿肌力 Strain Gauge 測 量 40 °, 60 °及 80 °時的腿肌力, 並且以這些不同收縮的腿肌力與垂直跳的高度求 Pearson的相關數,以證實這些不同形態的腿肌力與最大肌動力之關係。 經過 t- 檢定後,各項測量都呈極顯著( P>0.001 )差異, 除身高中,在等張肌力收縮中 ,經變異分析後變異為 26.21,呈極顯著( P>0.01 ),在同群樣本比較中,雙腿之肌力都 與左右腿肌力有極端顯著性。 經 maltiple range test 後,等長收縮之雙腿收縮力也與左 右腿多種測量有差異,而雙腿之 40 °,60 °及 80 °之各種測量無異。 等張與等長的腿肌力收縮與垂直跳之相關,情況與前人所發現也相同。 |
英文摘要 | Training programs for athletes have been nearly universally accepted and practiced. Coaches and athletes alike felt that strength is an important ingredient of sports and that training is an attempt to improve strength was therefore worth while. The strength improvement from training was of course thought to translate into increased sports performance. However, the carryover from training to performance has seemed to be based more on assumption than on evidence. In other words, performance and some types of training may not be well related. The terms strength and power have often been interchangeably used although by definited power must be referenced to time. Also, there are various forms of strength which have been recognized namely: isometric, isotonic and isokinetic. Logically, the form of strength training used should be specific to the type of activity engaged in. When the strength developed has thus been related to the strength required in the sports, then the training may have the greatest impact on performance. This study was to analyze the difference relationship between isotonic and isometric contraction on vertical jump. 162 female college students were refered for samples. Universal Gum was used to test the isotonic contraction and strain gauge to test isometric contraction. Isotonic contraction was depended on RM principle. In isometric contraction, difference degree of extension of quadriceps were used to check the optimal peak torque in leg, there are 40 °, 60 ° and 80 ° resectively. All data was checked by t-test to understand significant level and listed in table Ⅱ. Multiple Range Test were used to check the difference in various types of isotonic and isometric contraction in female students individually. The details were shown in appendix Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The study have been shown the same approach with some experts did before. |
