中文摘要 | 人力資源管理的重要性對高科技產業中的研發工作中尤其顯著。我國政府每年進 行的科技研究專案計畫耗費上百億之資金,其中許多計畫在人力經費上所佔的比率高達計畫 總經費百分之五十以上。惟目前各種科專計畫之研究人力的配置並無確切而翔實的規則可資 遵循。本研究根據配適理論與組型分析法收集科專計畫資料,進行統計分析,導出並驗證一 個科專計畫人力配置模式,並且根據此一模式對當前科專計畫人力配置的規劃提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | Human resource management is particularly important to the research and development work in high technology industries. The total cost of the technological research projects sponsored by our government reaches tens of billion dollars annually. The expense of manpower employed by an individual technological research project often counts for more than fifty percent of its total research budget. Although the cost of manpower is very high, there are no explicit rules existing for guiding the estimation of manpower required in each project and the allocation of each type of research personnel. Based on the fitness theory and the configurational analysis, this study collected data from the technological research projects conducted in the past and used statistical analysis to derive a research manpower allocation model for the projects. Validation of the model was also performed. Implications of the model to the manpower allocation for future technological research projects are provided at the end of the paper. |
