中文摘要 | 本研究主要分成二大部份,在第一部份主要是探討生產流體之鐵離子分析方法的改 進及其結果的應用,以及醋酸含量問題的研究。以直接酸處理法做為原子吸收光譜法分 析鐵離子的樣品前處理,分析的結果應用在出磺坑及錦水地區,發現並非所有生產井皆 適用這種腐蝕偵測方法。若腐蝕產物碳酸鐵僅有少量被生產流體帶出,則以鐵量分析來 預測井內腐蝕情形,將形成極大誤差。另外,在高二氧化碳地區,醋酸等有機酸的腐蝕 作用所佔的份量仍是未來值得研究的課題。在第二部份方面,由於Naclo公司已不再生 產Visco 998防蝕劑,因此對臺鈉公司所提供的四種替代品進行防蝕效能評估,經由原廠 資料評估、成膜試驗、迴輪試驗及基本性質的分析後,建議現場單位採用EC 1103A或 EC 1085A較佳,目前現場單位已使用EC 1103A做為Visco 998的替代防蝕劑。 |
英文摘要 | The present reserch comprises two parts. The first part of the research is trying to improve the analytical method for the ferric and ferrous ions of the fluid produced as well as the application of the result, and to find out the acetic acid content of the fluid. Use acidizing as the sample pre-treatment prior to analyzing ferric ions using atomic absorption technique, and apply to CHK and CS fields. The result indicates that the technique can not be used to detect corrosion for all production wells. If only small amount of carbonic iron resulting from corrosion was taken out by the fluid produced, using iron content analysis to predict the corrosion in the well would be incorrect and far away from the true value. In areas with high content of carbon dioxide, corrosion caused by organic acid such as acetic acid is severe and is worth while conducting more research in the future. In the second part of the research, due to that NACLO no longer manufacture Visco 998 inhibitor, therefore four substitutes were used to proceed the corrosion inhibition evaluation. Having reviewed the data from the manufacturer, as well as completed the film-presistance test, wheel test and property analysis, suggestion was made to the site engineers that it is better to use EC 1103A or EC 1085A. So far, EC 1103A has been used as the inhibitor to substitute Visco 998. |
