中文摘要 | 吳趼人的寫情小說,上承才子佳人及<紅樓>遺緒,下啟鴛鴦蝴蝶派先聲,在寫 情小說的歷史發展中,具有舉足輕重的地位。假如譯本與改寫不計,那麼由吳趼人創作的寫 情小說就有三種,即<恨海>、<劫餘灰>、<情變>等。這三部寫情小說有許多創新的藝 術手法,也有不少寫作理想的寄託,遠非晚清其他寫情小說所能比擬追及。有意思的是,若 將這三部寫情小說,依照發表時間順序來觀察,可以很明顯看到吳氏創作的演變軌跡,是一 個頗有趣味又引人注意的現象。本文一方面歸納這三部作品的寫作特色,探討吳氏寫情小說 的藝術創新與成就,另一方面分析這三部作品之間的相異點,探討吳氏寫情小說的變化情形 ,梳理其間的演變軌跡,並嘗試詮釋此種演變軌跡所代表的意義。希望能對吳氏的創作有更 深的瞭解,也希望能對晚清寫情小說有比較切實的認識。 |
英文摘要 | Wu Jianren's novels of sentiment descended from tales of young geniuses and talented beauties and Hung-lou meng. Beside, they also paved the way for the school of Mandarin Ducks and Butterflies. In the development of the history of novels of sentiment, they played a very important role. Wu wrote three novels: Hen hai, Jie yu huei and Qing bian. In them there were many original artistic styles and some writing ideals attached to them, which couldn't be equailed by other novels of sentiment in the late Qing Dynasty. What was more interesting, if we observe the three novels according to the time order, we can easily see the transitional tracks of his creation. This essay tries to make an induction of the writing characteristics in the three novles, studying his artistic originality and achievement in writing. On the other hand, the essay also tries to analyze their differences, reseach the changes, clarify the transitional tracks and explain their meanings, hoping to understand Wu's creation better and get clearer and more practical acquaintance with the novels of sentiment in the late Qing Dynasty. |
