中文摘要 | 綠豆發芽第六天其螢光強度可達 42.45 unit/5mg d.w.,黃豆發芽第五天螢光強 度可達 5.90 unit/5mg d.w.。 利用丙酮:水: 28 % 氨水:碘化四丁基銨 (90:4:10:2, v/v/w) 為展開溶媒, 於矽膠薄層板上展開綠豆芽甲醇萃取物 (methanloic extracts of mungbean sprouts,簡稱 MEMS) 及黃豆芽甲醇萃取物 (methanolic extracts of mungbeam sprouts,簡稱 MESS), 從 MEMS 可分離出五個螢光點,從 MESS 中可分離出七點個螢光點 ,MEMS 與 MESS 各有三個螢光點具有相同的 Rf 值,分別是 Rf=0.32、0.73 及 0.88。 利 用薄層色析法, 可將 MEMS 與 MESS 的螢光點與螢光增白劑 FB24、 FB28、FB71、 FB85、 FB90 及 FB351 螢光點加以分離,藉由 Rf 值的不同,來判別芽菜中是否摻有螢光增白劑。 |
英文摘要 | The fluorescence intensity of mungbean sprouts reaches 42.45 unit/5mg d.w. on the sixth day, while that fo soybean sprouts reaches 5.90 unit/5mg d.w. on the fifth day. Using acetone:water:ammonium water:tetrabutyl-ammonium iodide (90:4:10:2,v/v/v/w) as developing system, to develop methanolic extracts of mumgbean sprouts (MEMS) and methanolic extracts of soybean sprouts (MESS) on silica gel TLC plate, 5 fluorescent sports have been isolated from MEMS and 7 from MESS. Three fluorescent spots have been found to have same Rf value both MEMS and MESS. each has been Rf=0.32,0.73 and 0.88. The Fluorescent spots of MEMS and MESS can be separated from those of fluorescent whitening agents FB24, FB28, FB71, FB85, FB90 and FB351 by thin layer chromatography, The difference of Rf value can help identifying if fluorescent whitening agent has been applied to bean sprouts. |
