中文摘要 | 南投縣某虹鱒(Oncorhynchus mykiss)養殖場於1996年6月下旬,陸續發現幼鱒及 成鱒大量死亡 (發病率約為 90%,兩週內累積死亡率則高達 80%), 發病魚隻外觀呈現精神 減退、泳姿異常、眼球腫脹出血與肛門周圍紅腫等症狀,並於剖檢後在肝、脾、腎可見顯著 性的腫脹及出血,並有腹水及消化道潮紅水腫等病變。經由病原分離與生化特性鑑定後,診 斷本病為腸球菌 (Enterococcus faecalis) 感染症。建議業者投予紅黴素 (Erythromycin) 25mg/kg b.w./day 連續口服七天,並加強飼養管理後,疫情已獲得改善。 |
英文摘要 | Over 100,000 3 to 4-month-old rainbow trout were raised in a cultured farm in the mountain area of the Nanton county. From the end of June 1996, a large number of dead cultured rainbow trout in the farm were found. The morbidity and mortality of this case were 90% and 80%, respectively. the clinical signs of infected fish were slow motion, dull, anorexia, bloody popeye and redden anus. the gross internal signs including ascites, redden swollen intestine, and swelling liver, kidney, and spleen were found in diseased fishes. The histopathologic finding showed serious hemorrhagic enteritis. After isolated and biochemical characteristics identified, the pathogen of this case was Enterococcus faecalis (previous name as Streptococcus faecalis). The infection was controlled after treat with erythromycin (25 mg/kg b.w./day) in feed for 7 days. |
