中文摘要 | 本實驗以國立嘉義技術學院專科高年級興趣選項有氧舞蹈及水中有氧80名女生為 試驗對象,進行 14 週的有氧舞蹈及水中有氧訓練,受試者平均年齡為 19 至 20 歲,平均 身高 160.5 公分,平均體重 54.3 公斤。 經 14 週的有氧舞蹈及水中有氧依調查結果,兩 組受試者在基本體適能之平均標準差均達顯著效果, 在 t 值比較中有氧舞蹈對於肌力、肌 耐力、瞬發力及速度學習效果較優,水中有氧則以柔軟度及敏捷性之學習效果較佳,且達極 顥著水準 (P<0.01)。 在心肺耐力的比較,以有氧舞蹈較水中有氧之學習效果較佳,且達極 顯著水準 (P<0.01)。 有氧舞蹈及水中有氧之身體組成皮脂厚的比較,依實驗得知有氧舞蹈 肱三頭肌皮脂厚,學習後效果佳,肩胛下皮脂厚則以水中有氧較佳。而身體組成之體重,以 有氧舞蹈達極顯著標準 (P<0.01)。 水中有氧則以腿圍、胸圍及淨體重未達顯著水準外,其 餘項目皆達極顯著標準 (P<0.01)。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment takes 80 seior girl students of Nation Chiayi Institute of Technology who choose aerobic dance and marine aerobic courses at their discretion, as samples, for fourteen weeks of aerobic dance and marine aerobic courses. The samples age 19 to 20, standing 160.5 cm tall and weighing 54.3 km on average. Through the 14-week of aerobic dance & marine aerobic courses experiments, the both groups show signifciant effects on average standard difference of fundamental physical strength orientation. In t-value comparison, aerobic dance demonstrates better effect in muscle power, muscle perscverance, instant power and speed learning. Marine aerobic courses bring up better effects in softening an dagileness, up to significant level (P<0.01). In comparison of physical constitution sebum thickness, the experiment results indicate that aerobic dance with muscular sebum thickness would bring up sound post-learning effect, while marine aerobic course does a better job in scapula sebum thickness. In weight of physical constitution, aerobic dance reaches the extremely significant level(P<0.01). The aerobic course reaches extremely significant standards (P<0.01) except shank, chest perimeter and net weight wich are not up to significant level. |
