中文摘要 | 本計畫係以理論方法來研究軸向移動物體藉由邊界激發主動式控制來達到減振之 目的。因軸向移動速度所造成之陀螺效應亦納入方程式中。在傳統的主動式控制技術中,連 續體中之某些正模因探針或制動器剛好位於或接近該系統之節點,而無法被觀察或控制,故 此產生「溢出」之不穩定現象。但是,本計畫所採用之邊界激發法係將探針及制動器置於邊 界上,如此不但所有的正模均可被探測的到且「溢出」之不穩定現象亦可予以消除。制動器 前亦加上阻泥器,因此可選擇適當的「系統增益」而使該閉路系統成為臨界阻泥狀態大幅減 少振動情形。運用由邊界激發傳動弦基本數學模型,本文中討論藉由加勒金餘數法及瑞茲分 割法來解之複變狀態空間型態之模態分析。該控制系統中最初數個正模數值模擬解之實數部 份因「系統增益」而變化之情形較大,故予以繪圖表示,至於虛數部份則因變化情形較小而 未予列出。 |
英文摘要 | This project is to investigate, theoretically, the active control method of an axially moving vibrating material through boundary excitation. The gyroscopic effect is introduced into the equation of motion due to the longitudinaly velocity. In conventional actual control technique, some modes of the continuous system may not be observed or controlled and leads to spill-over effect due to locating the sensor or actuator at or near the nodal point of the system. However, boundary excitation is used in this project to locate the sensor and actuator right at the boundary and all the modes would be sensed and the spill-over effect can be reduced accordingly. Damping is introduced through the excitation into a previously undamped system and with properly choosing of the gain, the closed loop system can be critically damped. With particular application of the prototypical boundary excited traveling string model, a modal analysis that associates with the GaleriKin weighted residual method and Ritz discretization in the form of complex state space representation is discussed. Numerical implementation of the first few modes is achieved and the variation of the real part, instead of imaginary part, of the modes with respected to the gain of the control system is also shown. |
