中文摘要 | 針對目前市售各類型鋁合金重力鑄造金屬模塗模劑作一系列性能分析及評估,其中包括 板片模流動性測試、落砂磨耗及抗剪強度測試實驗,以了解塗模劑在絕熱性能、耐磨耗性能和對 SKD61模材附著力方面的表現。此外,也利用立體顯微鏡對塗層表面進行觀察比較其間之差異。 研究結果顯示,在流動性測試實驗中同屬絕熱型之塗模劑其板片模鑄件高度差異並不大,但 與半絕熱型之塗模劑比較,則高出甚多。打底用塗模劑具有優越的耐磨耗性能及高抗剪強度,遠 高於絕熱型與半絕熱型塗模劑。由塗層表面型態觀察可以發現,打底及半絕熱╱半滑潤型塗模劑 之塗層表面呈現較細緻且平坦的結構,而絕熱型塗層之表面則為類似多角狀之顆粒,交錯堆疊而 成。 |
英文摘要 | Four test methods of evaluating the properties and characteristics of permanent mold coating are conducted. Including fluidity test, abrasive falling sand test and shear stress test are performed at appropriate temperature to realize the insulating property, the durability and adhesive property between SKD 61 mold material and coating as well as surface micro-morphology observations on a variety of permanent mold coatings. The results indicated that the insulating coatings do not differ drastically among them in the insulating property, but can be identified insulating coating from semiinsulating coating significantly. The primer coating is with extremely excellent durability and strong adhesive properties compared to that of insulating or semi-insulating coatings. The observation of coating surface shows that the primer coating and semiinsulating / semi-lubricating coating have finer and flatten morphology, but the insulating coating has angular appearance. |
