中文摘要 | 本研究以二倍體多年生大芻草(Zea diploperennis, 2n=20)及玉米(Zea mays,2n=20)自 交系Pi330、B77之雜交後裔為材料,探討分蘗性及地上部鮮草重之變化。結果顯示,二倍 體多年生大芻草之分蘗芽數隨著生育日數之增長而增加,出土後60天達到最高峰。在各不 同世代中,依玉米遺傳質比例之增加,其分蘗芽數則明顯減少。二倍體多年生大芻草之再生 能力,亦於雜種世代中,隨玉米遺傳質比例之增加而遞減,二次分蘗率及再生率均呈明顯下 降趨勢。F 世代之地上部鮮重表現相當明顯之雜種優勢,或可直接利用於青割牧草之生 產。而利用輪迴選種法改良二倍體大芻草之分蘗芽數及鮮草產量,亦為增進其用途之可行途 徑之一。 |
英文摘要 | Perennial diploid teosinte Tep (Zea diploperennis, 2n=20) and their progenies were used to investigate their tillering behavior and above ground fresh weight. The results are summarized as follows: Tiller number of TeP increased following by growth stage, and arrived maximum at sixty days after emergene. TeP had high ratoon ability after cutting at the eighty days after emergence. As the proportion of maize germplasm increased, then the tiller number, percent of second tillering from main tiller and ratoon ability of their progenies decreased. F hybrids of maize and TeP had heterosis in above ground fresh weight, and can be directly used as forage production. However, recurrent selection could be one favorable ways to improve the tiller number and above ground fresh weight of perennial diploid teosinte TeP. |
