中文摘要 | 本文發展出一套振動環境加速試驗規格擬訂方法一多頻譜試驗法,其係利用實際 操作之振動量測資料,擬訂振動加速試驗規格。此法適用於具足量試件之耐振強度驗證與壽 限分析上,試驗規格已考慮產品之任務輪廓應力分佈,以及產品結構之動態反應;試驗過程 可依失效數據作彈性調整;試驗結果除可建立完整之壽限資料及驗證產品耐環境能力外,亦 可藉以分析產品之失效模式與效應。 |
英文摘要 | This paper proposes a multiple spectrum approach to accelerated testing specification for captive vi-bration. The multiple spectrum accelerated testing (MSAT) is suitable for verifying the product's dura-bility and constructing fatigue strength distribution accurately if the specimens were adequate. Since MSAT approach considers the mission profile and the measured spectrum of a product, the testing specification is capable of not only verifying the fa-tigue strength, but also analyzing the failure model of the product. |
