中文摘要 | 設計洪流量除與設計暴雨雨量及單位歷線有關外,與設計雨型亦 有密切關聯。本文以楊氏等所發展出之雨型,利用對數比例轉換 結合Johnson分布衍生雨型樣本,考慮在最大可能暴雨(PMP)發生 之情況下,計算所模擬之最大可能洪水(PMF)洪峰量大於原設計者 之機率,並推求在PMF發生之情況下,溢洪道溢頂之機率。結果顯 示洪峰量及溢洪道溢頂之機率受雨型之影響頗大;並發現水庫溢洪道 設計相當安全,即使在PMF發生時溢頂之機率仍低。 |
英文摘要 | Design flood has close relationship with the strom pattern, as well as the design rainfall rate and the unit hydrograph. This paper, based on the storm patterns developed by Yang et al (1996), generated synthetic rainfall samples using the log-ratio transformation and Johnson distribution. The probabilities of the simulated inflow peak discharge larger than the original one and the overtopping of the reservior, respectively, are calculated under the occurrence of the probable maximum precipitation. The results show that probabilities of exceeding the original design flood peak and the overtopping of the reservoirs are much influenced by the rainfall patterns. It also can be seen that the spillway is quite safe even under the occurrence of the probable maximum flood. |
