中文摘要 | 在電腦迅速普及和造船工業提昇市場競爭力之背景下,整合現有電腦輔助設計及 加工生產技術之電腦統合系統是未來發展的趨勢。本文以船體結構之建構與船體組裝程序模 擬為對象,嘗試以拓樸幾何的概念,建立系統整合不可或缺的資料結構之基本架構為目的, 進行人性化電腦統合系統之開發研究。系統歸劃分為三個模組:外板及內構材定義模組、繪 圖模組、製程規畫模組。於外板及內構材定義模組中以物件導向程式配合拓樸幾何資料結構 ,使系統在定義橫向材、縱向材及槽孔型態後,即可自動繪出,不需後續再繪製橫向肋板之 槽孔。繪圖模組則針對形狀較複雜之肋板做繪圖及定義的功能,並繪製其它加強材。而製程 規畫模組則利用船體構件組裝程序之模擬,來選擇一組就船廠之設備與能力而言,能最有效 率最快建造完成之船體切割與組裝方式。 |
英文摘要 | Accompanying with the widely use of computer, computer system to integrate CAD and technology of manufacturing process have been focused as the most important developing issue of ship building industry. In this study, data base for computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS) with humanized operating procedure have been developed by using the concept of topology. System is composed of three modules. In the first module, by reading the offset of the ship, the profile of shell, longitudinal and frame with slots on it can be drawn and defined automatically. Using the second module, the modification and duplication of above mentioned parts can be carried easily. In the last module, the cutting and the assembling function was built up, and the manufacturing procedure of the block of ship hull structures can be simulated. With the use of those function we can find the best and most efficient building process. |
