中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探析學前特教師資培育現況。主要的探討結果如下: 一、學前特教師資培育包括職前與在職二種方式。 二、依師資培育法公布前後,學前特教師資培育有二十學分與四十學分兩種學程。 其次,據以分析適性的師資培育,可從:角色覺察、熟習設班類型與善用輔導知能等方面著手。 最後,研究者提出學前特教師資培育在行政措施、規劃、課程與制度上可行的具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the Teachers Training of Special Education or Preschoolers. Major findings of this research are as follows: l. There are two kinds of pre-service and in service on preschool teachers training for special education. 2. Before Law of Teachers Training, there are twenty scores of teachers training; and after, there are forty scores. Then, it investigated adaptative teachers training about role awareness, understanding class style, and applied guiding knowledge. Finally, the researcher proposed some suggests about administrative treatment, planning, curriculum and system for further implement. |
